- Ability to write and execute SOPs in detail-driven, safety-critical environment
- High attention to detail and disciplined, methodical approach to assembly and testing
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Lead a team of 2-3 assembly technicians
- Prepare and maintain the Shopfloor Management Board
- Oversee daily production activities
- Maintain sufficient stock of materials
- Prepare assembly kits
- Manage material flow through the production floor
- Assemble and integrate pyrotechnic assemblies
- Handle energetic and hazardous materials safely
- Write and maintain SOPs for assembly, integration, and testing
- Ensure safety and repeatability in all operations
- Support troubleshooting and corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering and QA teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of assembly workflows
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality requirements
