- Support production process definition
- Optimize cost, quality, and on-time delivery
- Participate in sequence definition
- Calculate cycle times
- Analyze working phases of new processes/products
- Share TPM and cycle time data with internal teams
- Propose improvement ideas
- Manage tool maintenance and purchasing
- Standardize tools
- Ensure tool functionality and calibration
- Maintain production line availability
- Conduct preventative maintenance
- Review data for improvement interventions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Support lean projects
- Develop training documents for TPM, 5S, ESD
- Conduct training sessions for coworkers
- Perform time studies on process steps
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure accurate time documentation in SAP
- Place and confirm orders in Smart Buy
- Track orders for timely arrival
