- Structured, reliability, and hands-on approach
- Fluency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Act as the technical link between Value Streams and M2U
- Plan and coordinate maintenance shutdowns
- Troubleshoot daily operations
- Improve and adjust equipment while ensuring GMP compliance
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal partners during breakdowns
- Work on deviations, SQUIPP, and CAPA actions
- Lead small investment projects in plant engineering
- Support project management on maintenance topics
- Cover for other plant engineers and participate in on-call service
- Act as a technical SME and support operational readiness
- Contribute to plant and process safety
