- HS diploma or GED and 11+ years of experience in a data science field, Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience in a data science field, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in a data science field
- Experience supporting DoD intelligence environments or defense-related programs
- Experience working on classified systems and in resource-limited environments
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe
- Ability to foster collaboration across various teams
- Ability to be proactive and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
