- US Citizenship and active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI Clearance
- 5+ years of experience in military/joint command or similar organization
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, and Custom Software Development
- BA/BS + 5 years recent specialized experience or AA/AS + 7 years or major cert + 9 years or 11 years of recent specialized experience
- Familiarity with business process engineering methodologies & frameworks
- AIT Level II certification(s) IAW DoD 8570.1
- Project/Program Certifications: PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
- Prior work in Agile development or SAFe environments
Aufgaben
- Lead and manage cross-functional agile teams
- Mentor knowledge managers and software developers
- Develop and deploy mission-aligned product features
- Balance workloads and align outputs to command priorities
- Co-develop scalable solutions with business process engineers
- Define project milestones and allocate resources
- Maintain executive-level stakeholder communication
- Develop and execute knowledge management strategies
- Create roadmaps and process improvement campaigns
- Interface with stakeholders to translate objectives into solutions
- Contribute to IT modernization and data integration efforts
- Prepare and deliver senior-level briefings and reports
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Develop Business Case Analyses and recommend solutions
- Oversee SharePoint Online sites and Power Apps development
- Integrate knowledge management into daily operations
