- Demonstrated ability to lead compliance assessments, produce control documentation, and obtain formal sign-offs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and good German language skills
- CPP, POPM/PSPO/CSPO
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work in cross-functional agile teams
- Analytical and structured way of thinking
- Skilled in negotiation and resolving conflicting priorities
- Adaptable and resilient in a changing regulatory and technical environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Define and document end-to-end business requirements for payment functionalities

- Develop and maintain key artifacts like process flows and control matrices
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, IT Security, and Innovation teams
- Support UAT and regulatory testing phases to ensure payment controls function correctly
