- Strong analytical skills for complex contexts and data-driven decisions
- Strong customer orientation and ability to translate needs into product requirements
- Experience with built-in quality (Shift-Left, DevOps, Quality Assurance) (plus)
- Excellent English skills
- Good command of German
Aufgaben
- Capture, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate requirements into epics and user stories
- Create and maintain the product backlog
- Prioritize the product backlog for maximum value
- Ensure backlog alignment with stakeholder and regulatory requirements
- Design and optimize IT solutions and processes
- Collaborate closely with business, IT, and vendors
- Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage dependencies and risks
- Ensure stakeholder needs are reflected in the product
- Perform Product Owner duties for the SAFe Payment team
- Collaborate with Scrum Master and development team
- Develop a clear product vision and strategy
- Communicate the IT Payment product vision and strategy
- Align product vision and strategy with company goals
- Drive continuous improvement using feedback and KPIs
- Enhance the product and related processes
- Prepare for agile planning events
- Participate in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, and Refinement
- Ensure backlog items are ready and understood
