In this role, you will gather and document business requirements while collaborating with various teams to ensure effective access control. Your daily responsibilities will include supporting testing processes and maintaining essential project documentation.

Anforderungen

• •Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis
• •Proven experience in eliciting, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements
• •In-depth knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and identity & access management (IAM) frameworks
• •Understanding of core banking platforms and systems
• •Experience configuring, testing or validating access rights and permissions
• •Ability to develop and maintain key artefacts: RACI matrices, permission models, traceability matrices
• •Experience facilitating workshops and coordinating with business units
• •Strong grasp of data privacy and security standards
• •Fluency in English and good German language skills
• •CDPP, POPM/PSPO/CSPO certifications
• •Clear and confident communication skills

Aufgaben

• •Elicit and document detailed business and system requirements for Channels Admin and Support Tool (CAST)
• •Collaborate with product teams, IT architects, security specialists, and compliance stakeholders on access control frameworks
• •Provide configuration support and oversee testing during SIT and UAT for CAST functionalities
• •Maintain central artifacts, including RACI matrices, permission models, traceability matrices, and change logs
• •Facilitate workshops and obtain sign-offs from business representatives and control functions
• •Proactively identify and resolve access-related dependencies and risks across initiatives
