- Strong knowledge in MS Office and 3D CAD Software

Aufgaben
- Translate user and market needs into technical requirements
- Coordinate external development partners
- Ensure high-quality, compliant products from briefing to production
- Build and maintain deep product knowledge
- Act as use case specialist in avalanche rescue
- Ensure strong understanding of the product across internal stakeholders
- Conduct proper product validation through lab and field testing
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, PPE directives, and applicable norms
- Own and maintain the Barryvox service infrastructure
- Manage maintenance software
- Serve as global technical escalation point for Customer Service and Repair & Care teams
- Ensure proper support of existing product platforms
- Train global service teams regularly
- Maintain consistent product knowledge and service quality worldwide
