As a Product Manager, you will shape the product vision and strategy while collaborating with various teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your role involves conducting research, prioritizing features, and continuously improving product performance based on user feedback.

Anforderungen

• •Relevant degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology
• •3-5 years of product management experience
• •Strong command of agile product management frameworks
• •Proficiency in user research, prioritization, product design, and go-to-market best practices
• •Technical understanding of backend processes, API integrations, and platform scalability
• •Skilled in using product management tools such as Atlassian Suite, Jira, Confluence, and Figma
• •Proven ability to manage products end-to-end
• •Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• •Fluency in English and German; other European languages are an advantage

Aufgaben

• •Drive product vision and strategy for Fleet Management, EV Charging, or Common Platform solutions
• •Design and manage the product roadmap from ideation to release and iteration
• •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
• •Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities
• •Prioritize feature development to meet customer and user needs
• •Consolidate technical integration requirements with internal teams or third-party systems
• •Monitor product performance using data analysis and user feedback
• •Iterate continuously and communicate milestones across the company
• •Foster collaboration within your Tribe or Squad and across the product organization
