Aufgaben
- Conduct market research on customer needs
- Identify and analyze current market trends
- Gather and document detailed product requirements
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria
- Align requirements with product and business strategy
- Define product specifications with engineering teams
- Support engineers throughout the development process
- Coordinate smooth product releases across teams
- Assist in developing go-to-market strategies
- Enable sales and marketing through product information
- Develop and conduct product training sessions
- Monitor and evaluate performance of new releases
- Analyze customer engagement and feedback
- Define and implement customer support plans
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve issues
- Engage focus customers for lifecycle feedback
