- Collaborate with solution developers and clients
- Travel 10% to identify deployment challenges
- Refine software product experiences
- Gain insights into transfer and maintenance requirements
- Work with design and user research teams
- Integrate user journeys into platform tools
- Focus on user needs during development
- Provide detailed requirement specifications
- Tell impactful stories to engineering teams
