Anforderungen
- University degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or comparable field
- 5+ years experience in release management, product development of embedded systems with engineering tool and IOT edge functionality
- Experience in fire safety industry or building management systems
- Proven track record in planning, executing, and delivering complex software and hardware programs
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle processes, lean agile delivery models, and release governance
- Good grasp of DevOps and software delivery excellence
- Agile or project management certifications are an advantage
- Strong ability to manage cross regional and cross product dependencies
- Proficiency with collaboration and lifecycle tools
- Interest in AI technologies is welcome
- Resilience in challenging situations
- Well-structured and analytical approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Full proficiency in English
- Full proficiency in German
- Legally eligible for work authorization in Switzerland
Aufgaben
- Coordinate release planning and readiness for the Fire Safety Portfolio
- Manage program dependencies across multiple releases
- Ensure transparency across deliveries within the organization
- Coordinate release execution from concept to launch
- Ensure timely delivery within defined scope, budget, and quality targets
- Develop release plans, including resource and capacity planning
- Align priorities with key stakeholders such as the Product Line Head, Product Managers, and Agile teams
- Ensure timely resolution of customer-raised product issues
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting release scope, quality, or timelines
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain contingency plans
- Ensure adherence to internal governance, regulatory requirements, and security standards
- Implement and continuously improve release management processes
- Maintain comprehensive planning documentation, including deployment plans and readiness checklists
- Act as the primary interface between Product Managers and Agile teams
- Track progress throughout the entire development process
- Communicate release status, dependencies, and readiness to stakeholders
- Monitor key performance indicators for development efficiency, project predictability, and quality
- Manage the budget and optimize cost performance
- Support innovation, product strategy, and roadmap development
- Support new product launches and end-of-life planning
- Collaborate with product managers and Agile teams to define product requirements
- Ensure alignment with business objectives
