- Genuine interest in ESN brand and performance-driven community motivation
- Fluent English and German

- Own and shape a dedicated category within the ESN portfolio
- Take full ownership of a product category
- Manage the ESN category portfolio, focusing on innovations and market presence
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Lead promotional campaign planning across channels
- Collaborate with product development and sales teams
- Bring new products to market in line with brand positioning
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive developments
- Translate data into actionable growth opportunities
- Drive product launch excellence by building rollout plans
- Coordinate launch activities across departments
- Oversee product-related budgets
- Develop pricing and forecasting models
- Analyze performance metrics to support strategic decisions
