Aufgaben
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead multiple sourcing activities including RFIs, RFPs, benchmarking, and negotiations
- Manage end-to-end sourcing process from initiation to supplier mobilization
- Communicate progress status updates throughout sourcing projects
- Identify and define stakeholder requirements
- Review the market to identify potential suppliers and solutions
- Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers
- Support legal negotiations with Contract Managers
- Support due diligence and supplier vetting with Procurement Governance Manager
- Obtain sign-off and approvals from senior stakeholders
- Support stakeholders in mobilizing contracts and suppliers
- Provide support to stakeholders during supplier management activities
- Contribute to supplier performance and quarterly business reviews
- Act as the escalation point for contractual and supplier performance issues
- Provide commercial advice to stakeholders on procurement matters
- Develop relationships with stakeholders across IT, Ops/FM, Property, Finance, HR, and Marketing
- Ensure stakeholder adherence to Procurement policies and standards
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, service improvement, and risk mitigation
- Develop plans with stakeholders for delivering identified opportunities
- Support the development of the Procurement team's strategy and plan
- Contribute to meeting Procurement KPIs, including financial savings and compliance
