- Provide first-level support for inquiries and tickets
- Manage HR community network (People Dialogue)
- Evaluate and manage business ideas (demands)
- Collaborate with IT Owners for implementation
- Support entities implementing People Solution Modules
- Partner with Business and IT Owners
- Collect feedback and identify improvement opportunities
