- •5-8 years of experience in asset management
- •Strong networking skills
- •Strong organizational skills
- •Strong academic background in finance or economics
- •5-15 years of relevant work experience
- •Previous experience with fund selection or sales departments
- •Established network across financial institutions
- •Demonstrated success in managing client relationships
- •Familiarity with private markets solutions
- •Proficiency in Business English
- •Written and verbal proficiency in Swedish
- •Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- •Attention to detail and organizational skills
- •Client-focused problem-solving skills
- •Dedication to strengthening private wealth solutions

- •Develop and manage distribution initiatives with private wealth partners
- •Build and convert pipeline for new and existing partners
- •Negotiate and onboard client contracts
- •Collaborate with Marketing, Portfolio Solutions, and Structuring teams
- •Implement roll-out plans and conduct education sessions for distribution partners
- •Manage aftersales activities
- •Understand the value proposition of Partners Group's solutions
- •Become an expert in private markets and Partners Group’s investment strategies
- •Prepare high-quality marketing presentations and client responses
- •Assist with client queries and performance updates
