- Balance client relationships and investment growth daily.
- Plan and manage resources for optimal business operations.
- Recommend suitable investment products based on client needs.
- Review client portfolios to align with investment objectives.
- Collaborate with IMs to discuss financial goals and market conditions.
- Act as the Accountable Client Owner for AML compliance.
- Maintain relationships with management teams for compliance oversight.
- Cooperate with other functions to deliver value propositions.
- Support business growth strategies and contribute to team performance.
- Participate in client social events and marketing activities.
- Complete key risk indicators and periodic KYC reviews.
- Stay aware of local compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Document call reports summarizing client discussions and actions.
- Build and maintain client relationships from initiation to closure.
