Anforderungen

• Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks, with application and oversight ability
• Proven experience in control and governance activities, reporting, audit, and MD level stakeholder engagement
• Demonstrated experience/knowledge of PBWM Investments, businesses, processes, products, workflow cycles, operational and risk factors
• Experience analyzing large data sets for investigations and outcome presentation
• Proficient French and English written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of DPM, FX, Capital Markets, and Investment Advisory policies and procedures
• Understanding of PBWM Investments business, segments, and stakeholders
• Understanding of Discretionary Management front-to-back operating model, including DPM, FX, Capital Markets, and Advisory desks
• Existing knowledge of PBWM Controls operational structure
• Hands-on experience performing, enhancing, automating controls, and supporting assurance/oversight
• Capability in interpreting and supporting business strategy, long-term planning, and operational alignment
