- 12+ years designing and operating large-scale, production-grade systems
- 5+ years in consulting or professional services
- Proven experience technically leading large projects and customer engagements
- Expert-level software architecture fundamentals
- Cloud-native platforms (Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform/Pulumi, CI/CD)
- MLOps and LLM platform architecture
- Security, privacy, and governance by design
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
Aufgaben
- Define architectural vision and strategy for AI-enabled software systems
- Lead discovery, design, and solutioning workshops
- Set reference architectures, standards, and best practices
- Architect LLM/ML platforms and MLOps backbone
- Engineer for SLOs/SLAs, resilience, security, and cost efficiency
- Set and enforce standards for architecture design and code quality
- Ensure compliance with data governance and EU AI Act
- Mentor and guide engineering teams and clients
- Provide technical leadership during key decision points
- Partner with sales and delivery leadership in pre-sales activities
- Align technical vision with clients and business leaders
