- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Anthropology, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of service design experience
- Proven track record of leading continuous improvement projects in P&O or employee experience
- Enhancing employee services and engagement
- Tech-savvy with P&O technology platforms expertise
- Expertise in automation or AI tools for user experience enhancement
- High ownership and bias for action
- Drive for continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Ability to dive into complex challenges
- Persistent pursuit of goals with big picture awareness
- Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent in English
- German and other European languages considered an advantage
- Experience with P&O Consulting is a plus
- Experience with Product Management is a plus
- Experience with project management tools is a plus
- Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus

- Transform organizational processes for seamless, impactful people experiences
- Collaborate with P&O leaders, Process Excellence Consultants, and tech teams
- Design and optimize processes to improve employee experience and engagement
- Implement technology solutions to enhance process efficiency and user satisfaction
- Guide cross-functional teams to elevate process excellence and align with business goals
- Identify and solve problems by analyzing root causes and crafting data-driven solutions
- Champion process standardization and continuous improvement through best practices
- Lead complex, strategic projects from start to finish, driving impactful change
- Build strong relationships and communicate compelling strategies to influence decision-makers
- Empower teams with expert guidance and foster a culture of innovation and high performance
