- Deep experience with modern data engineering
- Databases (SQL/NoSQL) experience
- Data engineering (ETL/ELT) experience
- APIs (REST, GraphQL) experience
- Developing and deploying applications on cloud-native architectures
- AWS experience preferred
- Setting up SDLC best practices for team
- Versioning, testing, observability, CI/CD experience
- Architecting scalable solutions in complex environments
- Experience with multiple system integrations
- Outstanding communication skills
- Outstanding collaboration skills
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience in pharmaceutical or related domain preferred
- Setting best-practices for agentic coding preferred
- Producing maintainable code preferred
