In this role, you will be a pivotal technical leader, shaping the architecture of automation frameworks and driving strategies that enhance lab automation. Your expertise will help resolve complex challenges and ensure systems are reliable and scalable, ultimately accelerating drug discovery.

Anforderungen

• •B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• •7+ years of progressive experience in Biotech/Pharma
• •Expert technical knowledge of distributed systems, data engineering, software architecture, cloud-native architectures, and system design
• •Expert-level proficiency in Python and Java
• •Deep knowledge of lab workflows and integrated workcells
• •Direct experience with automation control systems
• •Excellent communication skills
• •Ability to build trusted partnerships with collaborators
• •Passion for engagement with scientists to iterate and refine features

Aufgaben

• •Define and lead technical architecture for cross-vendor frameworks
• •Drive the technical roadmap for automation control and data frameworks
• •Serve as a senior technical expert for system control and data extraction
• •Set and enforce high standards for code quality and performance
• •Lead investigation and resolution of large-scale system issues
• •Collaborate with stakeholders to define long-term technical strategy
