- Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Strong technical fluency in robotics or adjacent systems
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, scaling deep-tech environment
- Judgement to handle ambiguity and make sound trade-offs
- Proven track record owning roadmap, priorities, and product trade-offs
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market signals
- Experience supporting strategic customer conversations
- Experience helping commercial teams succeed
- Able to build business cases
- Able to assess trade-offs
- Able to make product decisions reflecting customer value and commercial reality
- Comfortable working with external partners
- Able to navigate practical commercial aspects of partner relationships
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence across stakeholders
- Experience in relevant industrial domains
- Experience applying robotics, autonomous systems or similar technologies in real settings
- Background in industrial inspection workflows, predictive maintenance, asset reliability or related operational problems
- Experience working with international customers, partners or contract manufacturers
- Familiarity with relevant industrial or safety standards
Aufgaben
- Define and drive the robot platform roadmap
- Shape the platform's evolution with customer needs
- Lead the platform through lifecycle stages
- Drive alignment across R&D, Operations, and Commercial teams
- Support product positioning and customer conversations
- Ensure successful deployment of new platform capabilities
- Build robust business cases for investment
- Collaborate with hardware and software partners
- Mentor Product Managers and enhance product management maturity
