- E-commerce experience (plus, not must)
- Confident working with Excel (advanced formulas, lookups, large datasets)
- Experience with R / R Studio (strong plus)
- Enjoyment of working with data
- Motivation by analyzing KPIs and improving performance
- Comfortable communicating in English
- Appreciation for regular onsite collaboration with Cologne team
Aufgaben
- Optimize pricing strategies for profitability
- Support overall pricing framework
- Monitor and analyze revenue and contribution KPIs
- Identify patterns and propose data-driven improvements
- Work with large data sets in Excel and R
- Prepare structured analyses and insights
- Collaborate with Country Management, Category Management, BI, and Data Science
- Prepare insights and align on pricing measures
- Support development of pricing tools and AI solutions
- Improve processes and transparency
