- Experience in commercial or e-commerce environment
- Confidence working with Python, R, SQL
- Experience with reporting and data pipelines

- Strong analytical mindset
- Ability to translate data into business impact
- Experience with CRM or marketing analytics
- Exposure to Azure/Databricks

- Serve as contact point for CRM and marketing data
- Support stakeholder needs end-to-end
- Perform data and business analytics
- Conduct customer segmentation
- Develop forecasts
- Evaluate campaigns
- Build and maintain data pipelines
- Create and manage reporting structures
- Develop automated reports using R/Python/Excel
- Translate complex data into clear insights
- Provide actionable recommendations for commercial teams
- Ensure transparent stakeholder communication
- Collaborate closely with CRM and Commercial teams
- Contribute to future data infrastructure development
- Support the development of data tools (e.g., Azure/Databricks/dbt)
