- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, self-motivated, resilient, committed to high-quality outcomes
- Ability to break down complex processes, identify issues, and drive tasks to completion with thoroughness and accountability
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
Aufgaben
- Support Senior Pricing Experts in process design
- Conduct business requirement reviews
- Perform impact assessments
- Execute end-to-end testing
- Ensure alignment between current and future capabilities
- Understand legacy pricing calculations deeply
- Design robust, scalable pricing solutions
- Serve as the Operational Pricing Champion
- Define the future organisational setup
- Contribute to role and responsibility definitions
- Shape future workflows for the operational pricing function
- Lead training initiatives
- Prepare training materials
- Educate super users
- Support the operative pricing team during cutover phases
- Process special condition requests
- Manage client queries via the help desk
- Support urgent pricing requests
- Maintain service continuity
