Aufgaben
- Embed with local teams and stakeholders to grow Tide’s German presence
- Drive brand awareness, excitement, trust, and reputation
- Build and maintain a news pipeline for product and company announcements
- Lead German-focused fintech and female entrepreneurship campaigns
- Support small business advocacy to expand share of voice
- Manage relationships with tier-one and industry media
- Own the German Press Office and all media interactions
- Partner with the Country Manager and C-Suite on earned media messaging
- Collaborate with spokespeople and ambassadors for compelling communication
- Anticipate and manage complex issues to safeguard reputation
- Turn strategic initiatives into influential PR with internal teams
- Support the Global Director of Communications and Social Media Manager
- Integrate PR best practices across the business with Internal Communications
- Establish strong processes and documentation for company-wide communications
- Source and support events, webinars, conferences, and roundtables
- Oversee event logistics and content creation
- Coordinate speaker and event management with leadership and marketing
- Own all messaging, commentary, and PR content for Germany
