Aufgaben
- Own end-to-end Power BI environment
- Develop and maintain datasets, data models, dashboards, and reports
- Design KPI dashboards for finance, operations, commercial, and executive stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into user-friendly reports and insights
- Ensure metric consistency and reporting logic across the organization
- Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources
- Support onboarding of newly acquired companies into the reporting environment
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to map data sources and improve data flows
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Identify and resolve data issues proactively
- Implement controls and checks for data quality
- Define and document data definitions, reporting standards, and processes
- Establish repeatable processes for data refresh, validation, and reporting
- Act as key point of contact for stakeholders
- Communicate complex data topics clearly to non-technical audiences
- Work with external consultants and vendors
- Support ad-hoc analysis and deep dives
- Manage multiple data and reporting initiatives
- Plan and track project timelines, priorities, and dependencies
- Lead regular status update calls
- Provide clear progress updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues
- Coordinate with teams to resolve blockers efficiently
