- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Active LTK license for Switzerland (or FELASA equivalent)

- Characterize innovative therapeutic agents for CNS drug discovery
- Set up and optimize electrophysiology assays of neuronal cocultures
- Set up and optimize omics assays of neuronal cocultures
- Set up and optimize biochemical assays of neuronal cocultures
- Set up and optimize immunocytochemistry assays of neuronal cocultures
- Perform mechanism-of-action studies
- Introduce disease-causing mutations into iPSC cells using CRISPR
- Generate and characterize co-culture-based disease models
- Design, perform, analyze, and interpret experiments in rodent CNS disease models
- Set up autism-relevant behavioral pharmacology assays
- Plan experiments efficiently
- Analyze experiments in detail
- Document experiments accurately
- Present results in a multidisciplinary company environment
- Prepare results for publication in peer-reviewed journals
- Experimentally test computational models with scientific computing group
- Refine computational models with scientific computing group
- Evaluate application opportunities for CNS drug discovery
- Interact with biologists, pharmacologists, chemists, and computer scientists
- Drive innovation in drug discovery projects
- Advance drug discovery projects
