Aufgaben
- Deconstruct inflammatory bowel disease pathobiology using advanced human model systems
- Create high fidelity in vitro models of inflammatory bowel disease
- Combine primary human samples, organoids, and immune cells
- Utilize microfabrication technology to recreate diseased intestine cellular environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Improve in vitro models to recapitulate inflammatory disease
- Understand underlying molecular and cellular mechanisms
- Identify strategies to mitigate pathogenic pathways
- Generate top quality results for high-impact publications
