Anforderungen
- Minimum 10 years MINT planning experience in aerospace/aviation training
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Highly proficient MINT Software Systems user
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experienced in international aviation environments
- Proactive, structured, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong sense of ownership
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1)
- German proficiency (minimum B2) is an advantage
- Experience with SAP, AMC, GEMS, RogerHR, IW LMS, WebShop, MS Office
- Hold EU passport, Swiss passport, or Swiss working permit
Aufgaben
- Plan internal and external training resources
- Maintain accurate planning data in MINT
- Communicate planning updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate instructors, SMEs, and training resources
- Prepare and close course documentation packages
- Administer MINT system configuration and workflows
- Manage interfaces with corporate systems (SAP, AMC, GEMS, RogerHR, IW LMS, WebShop)
- Ensure MINT is the single source of truth for planning
- Compile and report on operational and financial KPIs
- Maintain compliant training records per Part-147
- Administer course documentation for audits
- Issue training certificates
- Coordinate customer screening based on export control
- Invigilate examinations as an approved Part-147 Invigilator
- Manage WBT registrations and assignments
- Administer open-seat training offers and bookings
- Track training invoices and monitor billing
- Support reporting on operational performance and forecasts
- Arrange employee travel requirements using online tools
- Issue and monitor company credit cards for staff travel
- Contribute to administrative process improvement and automation
