- Develop presentations and training materials
- Proofread agendas, training materials, and tender documents
- Submit documents through the internal control system
- Reconcile monthly purchase orders and monitor spending
- Manage historical training logs and certificate requests
- Ensure accreditation requirements are followed and renewed
