Aufgaben
- Manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Prepare employment documents (offer letters, contracts, reference letters)
- Manage payroll input
- Collaborate with the Finance team on payroll
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and confidential personnel records in Personio
- Coordinate performance reviews and feedback cycles via Leapsome
- Improve HR policies
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports
- Ensure compliance with German labor laws and regulations
- Oversee Berlin office operations
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and general administration
- Organize company events, workshops, and team gatherings
- Support workplace safety initiatives
- Support external service providers
- Manage equipment logistics for global onboardings and offboardings
- Coordinate user account setup and basic IT logistics
- Liaise with external vendors
