- Team oriented, proactive and able to work in complex, cross-functional environment
- Experience in stakeholder management (internal & external)

- Own and improve SEPA & FX A2A payment processes
- Ensure process documentation and operational controls
- Maintain operational excellence
- Monitor regulatory changes and market standards
- Track payment industry trends
- Act as Product Owner in agile projects
- Lead change initiatives and payments projects
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Shape the future of payments landscape
- Support 'change the bank' initiatives
- Contribute to new product/service development
- Communicate with business and product management
- Liaise with IT and operations teams
- Engage with external partners (AT & CEE)
