- Proven experience in Cash Management, Corporate Billing, Payments or Treasury domains (plus)
- Proficient in process modeling (BPMN)
- Proficient in Jira/Confluence
- Producing high-quality functional specifications and acceptance criteria
- Good technical understanding of REST APIs
- Basic DB concepts (Postgres)
- Understanding of modern deployment patterns
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to translate business requirements into implementable specs
- Strong team player
- Collaborative mindset
- Able to work effectively in a compact, cross-functional product team
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- German language skills (plus)
- Strong experience with API-First thinking
- Strong experience with OpenAPI/Swagger
- Familiarity with spec-driven tools (SpecKit/BeMad) (plus)
Aufgaben
- Lead requirements engineering and domain modeling
- Produce clear, testable business specifications
- Drive spec-driven development workflows
- Facilitate workshops with product owners and stakeholders
- Support QA in defining test cases
- Coordinate UAT and ensure regulatory controls
- Act as primary BA interface to engineering team
- Ensure traceability from spec to implementation to tests
- Maintain clear communication with DevOps and QA
