Aufgaben
- Translate creative concepts into accurate physical and digital patterns
- Leverage CAD and digital pattern tools for detailed, scalable patterns
- Develop digital 3D product samples for virtual fittings and adjustments
- Simulate garment behavior using 3D modelling software
- Ensure design intent aligns with technical feasibility and ergonomic performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine patterns and troubleshoot fit challenges
- Implement innovative solutions for optimal garment performance
- Seek manufacturing improvement initiatives for fit and performance
- Liaise between internal departments and external stakeholders
- Establish strong working relationships for seamless integration of design and technical precision
- Communicate fit issues, propose adjustments, and align on quality benchmarks
- Manage project timelines for seasonal and non-seasonal products
- Follow critical paths for on-time delivery of digital patterns and virtual prototypes
- Use agile methodologies to proactively troubleshoot challenges
- Maintain and update the digital pattern and virtual samples database
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all product lines
- Prepare for sample reviews by measuring, pre-fitting, and scheduling fit sessions
- Guide fit sessions to assess and refine product fit, function, and construction
- Complete pattern revisions on-time for efficient vendor execution
- Analyse market feedback and product performance data
- Refine existing products and influence future development efforts
- Seek opportunities for personal growth and product category expertise
