- •Systems architecture thinking and execution
- •Strong credibility in partner meetings
- •Experience experimenting with AI tools
- •Strong opinions on partnership excellence
- •Willingness to travel for meetings

- •Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced ARR targets
- •Build repeatable Microsoft co-sell motions
- •Develop joint GTM plans and co-marketing campaigns
- •Establish end-to-end pipeline tracking and attribution
- •Design and deliver a comprehensive partner enablement system
- •Build and manage a dedicated partner portal
- •Conduct quarterly business reviews with top partners
- •Implement scalable partner infrastructure in HubSpot or Salesforce
- •Establish operating cadences across Sales and Customer Success
- •Design partner onboarding processes for rapid deal execution
- •Create feedback loops between partners and Product teams
- •Cultivate executive relationships across the Microsoft ecosystem
- •Represent the company at ecosystem events and conferences
