Aufgaben
- Provide administrative support to Legal and HR teams
- Manage contracts lifecycle: log requests, prepare documents, track status
- Maintain up-to-date personnel files
- Handle correspondence and document requests with external authorities
- Support processing of user succession cases
- Assist with due diligence questionnaires for partner onboarding
- Obtain official and certified personal and corporate documentation
- Liaise with notaries and chancellerie for legalizations
- Organize wet-ink signatures
- Handle digital and hard copy document filing
- Perform various ad-hoc administrative tasks
