Outbound Coordinator(m/w/x)

Aufgaben

• Collaborate daily with customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain professional communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Marken departments to meet customer requirements.
• Book and process shipment requests in Maestro.
• Generate and verify shipping documentation.
• Respond to customer and agent requests via phone and email.
• Advise customers on booking times and documentation.
• Advise customers daily on service issues.
• Provide solutions for service-related issues.
• Book Airfreight and overnight linehaul.
• Upload temperature and other data into Maestro.
• File and archive shipment records.
• Provide clear information on shipment handling, especially delays.
• Communicate with Marken offices to confirm pre-alert receipt.
• Track and trace ZRH client shipments for timely delivery.
• Supply customers with post-shipment information and data.
• Provide customers with Marken service information.
• Provide potential customer information to the Line Manager.
• Clarify customer requirements and technical details.
• Resolve customer problems.
• Evaluate solution feasibility for packaging, quality, and compliance.
• Initiate incident handling and route to QC with information.
• Assist with assigned special projects.
• Assist with quality issue investigations.
• Adhere to all Marken policies and SOPs.
• Participate in all Marken training sessions.
• Participate in meetings to discuss performance and concerns.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
