- Track the status of customer orders and coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Inform customers of any deviations from the current plan
- Coordinate with the export team to ensure timely deliveries
- Follow up on payment status with customers to minimize overdue accounts
- Organize and supervise factory acceptance tests with client participation
- Collaborate with other teams to address customer requirements and improve processes
- Prepare and analyze performance data for management
