• •Experience in scenario design and testing
• •Ability to challenge stakeholders using reasoning
• •Willingness to analyse data and processes
• •Knowledge of FINMA and DORA frameworks

• •Shape the bank's operational resilience framework
• •Align strategies with regulatory expectations and risk appetite
• •Provide global second-line leadership for resilience and continuity
• •Challenge resilience practices across various jurisdictions
• •Identify critical functions and map end-to-end dependencies
• •Define impact tolerances for the organization
• •Oversee severe but plausible scenario testing
• •Validate recovery capabilities within acceptable time frames
• •Challenge first-line controls and service continuity plans
• •Govern the full operational resilience lifecycle
• •Oversee incidents, root cause analyses, and lessons learned
• •Harmonize global frameworks with regional regulatory requirements
• •Collaborate with technology, security, and compliance teams
• •Prepare resilience reports for management and the board
• •Represent the function to internal committees and supervisors
