- 3-5 years Swiss mortgage operations/loan administration experience
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss mortgage lifecycle and operations

- Oversee the administrative journey of mortgage facilities
- Execute transactional activities including new loans, modifications, and refinancing
- Ensure data integrity across core banking and real estate systems
- Collaborate with Front Office, Mortgage Advisory, Credit Risk, Legal, and external partners
- Conduct daily operational checks, reconciliations, and exception monitoring
- Support adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Identify, escalate, and resolve operational risks and pending items
- Contribute to refining SOPs, control frameworks, and risk mitigation measures
- Act as an operational partner in projects focused on automation and digitalisation
- Co-design scalable solutions to elevate productivity and service quality
- Assist in shaping future-state processes, technology integrations, and change management
