Aufgaben
- Own the programme-level QA strategy
- Coordinate Atlas and Titan ecosystem testing strategies
- Define and maintain the E2E scenario model
- Ensure UAT acceptance criteria map to tested coverage
- Publish programme QA status to leadership and stakeholders
- Own escalation path for cross-team defects and quality risks
- Define and oversee testing of end-to-end business scenarios
- Own QA coverage for cross-cutting systems
- Coordinate E2E and performance testing workstreams
- Identify and close coverage gaps
- Coordinate QA workstream for QlikSense reports
- Define data validation scenarios and expected outputs
- Coordinate business sign-off on report accuracy
- Ensure report validation is sequenced before UAT entry
- Define UAT entry and exit criteria at programme level
- Ensure ecosystem-level activities meet programme entry criteria
- Bridge different testing cadences (agile and manual)
- Act as standing member of the Programme Readiness Group
- Contribute to programme readiness decisions and cutover planning
- Report QA status, risks, and blockers to Programme Director
- Engage with business stakeholders during UAT definition and execution
- Represent QA interests in programme planning and risk forums
- Coordinate with infrastructure, release management, and environment teams
