Anforderungen
- 3-4 years operations, project coordination, procurement, or engineering support experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Equivalent experience in supply chain, manufacturing, military, consulting, or finance considered
- MBA or Master's degree is a plus
- Extreme detail-orientation and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working extensively in spreadsheets
- Strong follow-through and accountability
- Clear communication across engineering, vendors, and finance teams
- Bias for action with problem-solving mindset
- Fluency in English required; German is a plus
- Exposure to hardware development, NPI, or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with procurement processes (POs, quotes, supplier management)
- Experience with ERP, PLM, or project tracking tools
- Understanding of BOMs, ECNs, or engineering workflows (nice to have)
Aufgaben
- Build and maintain cost trackers for early-stage projects
- Help engineering teams understand project costs
- Provide quick budgetary estimates for prototypes and design work
- Track actual costs against budget and flag deviations
- Source and procure parts for urgent, high-mix, low-volume prototypes
- Manage supplier communication for quotes, lead times, and availability
- Track parts from order to delivery and build
- Onboard new vendors, including NDAs and SOWs
- Maintain organized and accessible supplier records
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timelines are met
- Create and issue purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure pre-PO approvals are completed without delays
- Track spend against purchase orders and project budgets
- Track ECNs and capture cost and procurement impacts
- Maintain clean and up-to-date project data
- Help build lightweight processes for improved visibility
