- Reliable, structured, and independent working style
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Team player with interest in growth
- Business fluent English verbal and written
- German language skills as a plus
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement production plans based on the master schedule
- Support prototyping and series ramp-up projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
- Coordinate with purchasing and program teams to ensure on-time builds
- Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks
- Initiate corrective actions to maintain product flow
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management
- Implement scheduling concepts within ERP and MES systems
- Create and maintain master data including BOMs and routings
