- 6 years of experience with Knowledge Management in large organizations
- Prior experience working in Africa or at AFRICOM or at one of its Service Components
- Prior assignment on a joint or service staff
- Prior experience working directly with foreign partners
- Experience with joint strategic planning and the joint operational planning process
- Experience working with USG interagency departments and agencies
- Experience working with high level engagements, conferences, security regulations

- Execute activities to enhance information sharing
- Support decision making with enterprise-wide knowledge
- Capture and sustain collaborative environments with Allies and Partners
- Develop knowledge management strategies and methodologies
- Generate scalable collaborative solutions for security cooperation initiatives
- Validate and verify data quality of ally Operations, Activities, and Investments
- Develop and integrate Operations, Activities, and Investments using command tools
- Build relationships to promote data collection and sharing best practices
- Understand core command processes and strategic objectives
