Aufgaben
- Initiate, coordinate, and implement small-scale projects
- Prepare decision-making documents and overviews
- Manage milestone tracking
- Coordinate with internal and external suppliers
- Manage budgets and cost overviews
- Create and process FM tasks from client task list
- Develop and improve small-scale project management processes
- Facilitate stakeholder interests within project scope
- Support monthly KPI management
- Assist in identifying large-scale projects
