Anforderungen
- •University degree or equivalent qualification in Facility Management, Engineering, Logistics, or related field
- •Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facility management, administration or logistics
- •Experience supporting facility operations and working with external service providers
- •Experience liaising with vendors, contractors, or internal clients
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- •Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, proactiveness and coordination skills
- •Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- •Experience in international or multicultural work environment
- •Basic knowledge of project or facility management tools
- •Excellent knowledge of English and preferably good working knowledge of French
- •Understanding of analytical techniques related to assessment of quantitative and qualitative information
- •Knowledge of and attentiveness to signs of ineffectiveness, fraud, corruption or abuse of human rights
- •Understanding of organizational and business mechanisms
- •Ensuring appropriate spend of money by making informed decisions
- •Knowledge of financial and accounting aspects related to services
- •Knowledge of operational policies related to grant cycle
- •Knowledge of project management principles
- •Knowledge of the risk management process
- •Knowledge or experience in administrative systems, processes and logistics

- •Provide data and analysis for Facility Management decision-making
- •Support coordination of Shared Service Center activities
- •Maintain documentation for safety and security components

- •Monitor processes to enhance cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- •Support day-to-day operations of Facility Management services
- •Monitor performance of service providers and ensure standards are met
- •Coordinate with landlords and external providers for service delivery
- •Identify and report building defects for efficient resolution
- •Support risk assessments and propose health and safety recommendations
- •Coordinate with HR to produce health and safety reports
- •Monitor new building works related to changes in use
- •Identify actions to optimize floor space occupancy and reduce vacancy rates
