- •3–5 years in B2B sales
- •First experience closing deals
- •Strong communication and follow-up discipline
- •Experience with digital products
- •Structured way of working and proactive mindset
- •Strong English; German highly preferred
- •Experience in digital agencies or consulting
- •Growth in network and technical understanding

- •Take over qualified leads
- •Join the first discovery call once a lead is validated
- •Understand client priorities and confirm fit with DPM
- •Coordinate next steps with senior sales and domain experts
- •Brief consultants, product managers, and engineers
- •Ensure the proposal reflects client priorities
- •Keep stakeholders updated and aligned during scoping
- •Plan the sales steps and timeline
- •Maintain active communication with all stakeholders
- •Proactively identify blockers and involve the right colleagues
- •Present proposals with senior sales or domain leads
- •Translate questions into clear actions
- •Adjust materials and messaging based on feedback
- •Manage objections and outline value
- •Build consensus among stakeholders
- •Prepare contracts and final documentation
- •Close the deal and ensure smooth handover to the delivery team
- •Learn consultative selling from senior sales colleagues
- •Gradually take on more complex opportunities
- •Strengthen negotiation and enterprise selling skills
